Hi, I’m Jade Rose Topper
I am a seasoned wardrobe stylist and costume designer passionate about telling story through clothing.
01. How It Started
I have always loved the art of storytelling through wardrobe and design. I started my career as a small business owner selling handcrafted millinery, which snowballed into a high-demand bridal venture. During this time I also worked on commercial and print projects within the healthcare and sports industries. On set I found my passion in wardrobe styling and costume design.
02. How it’s Going
After years of working behind-the-scenes and in front of the camera, I’ve learned I succeed most as a creative visionary in wardrobe and design. Collaborating and creative problem solving to tell a story and capture a moment is the driving force behind my passion for this work. I have successfully worked with teams internationally and locally, based out of Portland, Or (USA) with residence in London (UK).
03. The Papers
I attended the University of Leeds School of Design and Business and earned an MA in Fashion with distinction. I won awards and scholarships for my design work and success as an entrepreneur and was invited to problem solve with Leeds City Council in supporting new designers.
My work can be found in print, digital media, film, editorials, and commercials out of Portland, New York, London, and Italy.
